I would just like you to know how impressed we were with Lynn
When I called in to your office along with lots of other realestate offices,
I was immediately impressed when I met Lynn who could see beyond what I was
looking for in a property
Lynn took on board my needs in a property and suggested that I look at a unit in Putney Hill
This was something that I was never looking for but she invited me to have a look
I had seen properties that I thought met my needs but upon seeing the unit at Putney Hill I was
immediately in love with the unit and could see myself living there
I did buy the property and I am so thankful to Lynn for thinking outside of the box and my needs
Please pass on my thanks to her
I have passed on her details to other friends that she may be able to help

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service our family received during the process of sale of our Aunt Majorie Butta's Property, 6 Charles Street.
On our initial meeting with our agent Lynn Duong, back in July 2015, we were treated with the warmest reception, one of a genuine interest pursuant with the pending sale.
From then on, our relationship with Lynn became a formidable asset as we were informed on every relevant detail as regards to the progression of the sale.
Lynn's Foresight on the property's was spot on and her ability in pursuing the top dollar speaks volume of professionalism.
Lynn was on the ball in retaining the relevant tradesmen when a couple of minor details pertaining to the household needed urgent attention.
Nothing seemed to be a problem for Lynn, whether it was to inform us of a given situation, a progress report on the sale or promptly receiving our calls if we had any enquiries.
As our Association with Lynn Duong had terminated on the 30th September 2015 following the settlement, it is with sincere pleasure that I again praise the efforts of our very competent agents of our very competent agent and offer our heartfelt thanks for the overall smooth process of the transaction from beginning to end.
