You should have:

• Two years' experience in Real Estate
• Day to day management experience of an existing portfolio including repairs and maintenance
• Periodic inspections, in goings and outgoings
• Tenant dispute resolution and tribunal experience
• Knowledge of REST with EOM experience

Our small, vibrant boutique business is looking to expand and become a dominant player within the Ryde area.  We have the brand and are looking for a property management professional to assist us drive this development.

• Saturday work required

Essential Requirements:

•     Certificate of Registration, current driver's licence and vehicle

•     Immaculate, corporate presentation

•     Exceptional customer service

•     Excellent communication and computer skills

•     Strong work ethic

Training will be provided, however experience in REST Software, Procedures for Periodic, Ingoing and Outgoing inspections, drafting Leases and general Property Management functions would be advantageous.
