I bought a property at Top Ryde City living 3 years ago, now it is the time to make my move and lease the place out.
I met your leasing agent Melissa Ferla, and I was impressed by her professionalism and friendliness straight away, she took the time to run through the leasing agreement and conditions, answered a lot of questions in a very patient manner, helped me gain a good understanding how it works.
She is also very prompt in emails, sometimes she even replies in the evening although I don’t expect her to. She thinks the best interest of the owner, that’s why I trusted her to leave the key to her as I can’t stay on site for open home, but she always asks my permission before she gets in although at later stage the place is completely empty. It is not a major incident, but small gesture is what distinguishes people who are willing to go for an extra mile to help customers from others just do their jobs.
I have no doubt she is the star in your company and other customers are feeling the same.
